This was our second time staying at Agora Tokyo Ginza, and like last time we had a great experience. The beds are some of the comfiest I've slept in in Japan, and the rooms, whilst small, feel considered and have great facilities. We had an issue with our first room, but this was resolved very quickly and we were offered to move to a different room which we accepted. The communication with staff was easy and painless throughout. They added a free bread and coffee service from the last time we stayed, which was very welcome as our breakfast in the morning. The free flavoured water and green tea on the ground floor is also a great added bonus. Overall, we had a great stay and would probably choose this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo!

Great staff and location! The staff was available at all hours and spoke very good English. We appreciated how they were eager to help book us taxi rides and luggage transfers. Hotel is leas than 4 min away from a station and walking distance to practically everything. So close to convenience stores such as Lawson, 7/11 and Family Mart, shopping stores such as GU, Uniqlo, and Itoya, and coffee shops such as Bongen and Glitch Coffee. Tsukiji Market was nearby too. The room was a good size for our party of 3. We had 4 luggage’s and made it work. They offer pastries and coffee from 7-10 am daily. They have a terrace which was nice for breaks. Highly recommend!

Great location, short walking distance to hibiya and ginza lines keeps you connected to the rest of tokyo. There are lift entrances to the station if you don’t want to take the stairs. Many good eateries nearby, just use google maps and go explore!! Sushi, ramen, tempura, even mcd- all within short walking distance. If you don’t like the hotel breakfast, starbucks and family mart are just a short walk away. Friendly staff- shoutout to Manisha for being so warm and friendly Clean and new rooms. Nice comfy huge bed! Smart tv so you can enjoy your streaming services at night. Nice bathroom and of course, heated toilets!! ❤️❤️

The hotel looked modern, clean and well designed. Even though the room was a bit small but every corner seemed well designed and reasonable. There were lots of plugs here. The staff was very friendly and could speak/understand English very well. We had issue with our luggage delivery (Kyoto->Osaka with Yamato) and they even offered to speak to Yamato on our behalf (tho no resolution but the thought/offer counted). The location was very very good, lots of food/shopping options and convenient stores around. 4 mins walk from a train station (same station can go to the Haneda airport, and probably to Narita as well).

The Agora Tokyo Ginza is such a quaint hotel. Compact but has everything you need! It is well located - close enough to the main attractions of Ginza but far enough away that you don’t feel like you are in the thick of the chaos. The staff welcome you with smiles and a warmth we’ve not experienced at other places. Rooms are small but as expected throughout Japan. Rooms are very clean and tended to. Some marks on the carpet but nothing as bad as other reviews make it out to be. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to going back!
