We had a 'large double bed' and this was the biggest bed I have ever seen, and it was quite comfy. The room was well designed and had everything we needed and nothing we didn't need.

The location of the hotel is incredible, very close to two subway stations, Ginza and Higashi Ginza. Many subway lines pass through these lines. Very close to Tokyo Station, so easy access to the airports. Ginza provides many shopping alternatives from super expensive to moderate.

Facade/entrance in Agora Tokyo Ginza

The hotel offers free coffee and pastries every morning which are very nice. It rained a lot while I was in Japan so it was also convenient to have an area to borrow free umbrellas at the entrance. The rooftop lounge area is my favorite area of the hotel as it is open to the air and just peaceful! I had breakfast there one morning. However, it is located right in front of a few nicer hotel rooms on the 12th floor and I felt that the guests there did not appreciate people hanging out and talking in that area. The hotel is in a very central location in Ginza so it was extremely easy to get around.

Location, staff, attention to detail! Check out our other review. We stayed here after a 2 week cruise, before a 2 week land tour with another couple. We stayed here twice on the same trip, at the start and at the end… the staff kept a suitcase for us until we returned after 10 days as we stayed one more night before heading to the airport. They shipped our other luggage forward to our next location, Kyoto, so we did not have to haul them on a train and have them with us in Hakone. They were attentive, room was comfortable, location was terrific for finding great shopping, sights, food and drinks.

-Excellent location: <5 minutes' walk from the nearest metro station, 7-eleven on the corner, very close to all the shopping centres and boutiques of Ginza! -Modern, clean, super comfortable room and bed! I loved the purple nightgowns - would have loved to buy one to take home with me! -Friendly staff, not all fluent in English but you can definitely get by. -I really liked the infused water available in reception plus coffee and small buns for a breakfasty snack.

Very well located to reach many sites and locations. The hotel is good for Tokyo. Rooms are reasonable size but the bed is huge at normal length but around 8ft wide (2 large single beds piut together perhaps) which take up most of the room so things needed to be moved to fit in suitcases. Breakfast is in a small "on the go area" with croissant n coffee or a local Bento box if full breakfast. Eaten in a small area of tables n chairs. Staff are delightful and very helpful. Shower and toilet were good.

This was our second time staying at Agora Tokyo Ginza, and like last time we had a great experience. The beds are some of the comfiest I've slept in in Japan, and the rooms, whilst small, feel considered and have great facilities. We had an issue with our first room, but this was resolved very quickly and we were offered to move to a different room which we accepted. The communication with staff was easy and painless throughout. They added a free bread and coffee service from the last time we stayed, which was very welcome as our breakfast in the morning. The free flavoured water and green tea on the ground floor is also a great added bonus. Overall, we had a great stay and would probably choose this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo!
